Jordan Danger was born in Smithers, British Columbia. She has spent the majority of her life in Ottawa, Ontario, and has traveled extensively around the continent. Danger's art career began at 17, when she became a Key Animator at a local animation studio during her after-school hours. She continued to create pieces for sale and commission for years to come, and taught at the Ottawa School of Art. She contributed to various public service campaigns and sold works at art and craft shows around the Ottawa Valley. Her education raised her awareness of the interplay between craft and art, and she became obsessed with finding ways to combine both concepts. Danger spends the rest of her time working as a marketer, shooting archery and antique rifles, and cooking vegan dinners. She lives with her two favourite people and a big red dog.
